**Job Description**
The Facilities Engineer plays a crucial role in supporting the inspection, operation, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment across assigned facilities. This position operates both independently and in collaboration with Mobile Engineers, HVAC/R Technicians, and Control Systems Technicians to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of building systems.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform routine maintenance on lighting systems, including bulb and ballast replacement.
+ Support the operations team with troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining building systems and equipment.
+ Conduct general interior maintenance, including HVAC/R coil cleaning, evaporator coil cleaning, and servicing kitchen equipment such as meat grinders, cubers, slicers, and saws.
