Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment and facilities are in good working condition through regular daily inspections.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and as‑built drawings.
• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of handling machines such as conveyors, reach trucks, dock levelers, roll‑up doors, and automated machines.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues on warehouse equipment.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to prevent downtime.
• Evaluate facility performance and recommend improvements.
• Track and communicate work request status and completion from each process owner.
• Monitor construction work progress to ensure quality, budget, and deadline compliance.
