Facilities Engineer

Overview

Responsible and accountable for the day-to-day operations of the plant utilities & facilities effectively and efficiently with minimal downtime.

Plan, implement and evaluate budget for operational and capital expenditure of utility section and review together with Complex Engineering Manager to be approved in yearly basis.

Setting the target and key performance indicator and monitor and taking follow up action aligning with department objective/goal under supervisory of Complex Engineering Manager.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and evaluate preventive maintenance program to ensure facility equipment (Air-conditioning, Air Compressor, Passenger Lift, Electric Hoist, Fire-Fighting System, Water Pump system, PABX system, Lightning Protection system), Waste Disposal, Building Maintenance are properly maintained, meet service quality and effectiveness.
