The Upstream Digital & Computing Strategy Department (UD&CSD) is responsible for the Upstream digital technology strategy and architecture functions to accelerate the Upstream digital transformation. This includes identifying Upstream digital demands, devising an integrated digital roadmap, designing technology architecture, and procuring the required hardware and software technologies.
