Facilities Engineer

Job Description

You will join a team of highly driven professionals and will contribute to the safe and reliable operation of our mill. You will be given exposure and training related to Capital Project Management Programs and Processes. You will also be given opportunities to lead Capital Projects, and you may be required to assist the team in various ways as necessary, to ensure the Mill has our Department’s full support. The Capital Projects could range anywhere from installing/modifying buildings, foundations, offices, etc. to installing new equipment such as pumps, screens, tanks, etc.

Responsibilities

• Management of mill projects from concept to commissioning.
• Lead cross functional teams involving engineering consultants, equipment suppliers, unionized contractors and mill personnel to ensure projects are completed in a cost effective, timely and reliable manner.
