Join JLL as a Facilities Engineer to support global facility management operations with a focus on BMS and process engineering systems in Malaysia.

Your role

Key responsibilities include:

• Centralized monitoring and incident control across multiple sites and engineering systems.
• Collaborate with local regional site teams to deliver facility management services.
• Support incident controllers to maintain system settings and close contact with site teams.
• Provide 12/7 monitoring, health checks, alarm responses, and first-line remote fixes.
• Manage escalation and incident resolution in high-pressure environments.
• Develop operational roadmaps to improve daily site operations.
• Monitor maintenance activities and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely repairs.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, checklists, and regulations.
