Job Description

  • Assist in the monitoring and basic operation of facility systems (electrical, HVAC, compressed air, water, and general utilities).
  • Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities, including work order follow-up and documentation.
  • Participate in routine facility inspections to identify basic maintenance or safety issues.
  • Coordinate with external contractors and internal maintenance teams as assigned.
  • Assist with minor facilities projects, layouts, and improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records related to maintenance activities, permits, and equipment.
  • Support compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Facilities, or related field) or final-year student.
