**Description**
Manage site operations efficiently and ensure timely completion of all deliverables.
Maintain thorough facilities trackers for site operations expenditure, technical operations, utility readings with the builder team and RCA tracker for incidents.
Coordinate with AMC vendors for preventive maintenance activities as per the yearly schedule.
Manage MEP & facilities material indents and track inventory for consumption.
Maintain checklists, MIS reports, MMR, petty cash and 6s implementation at the site.
Conduct daily facility walkthrough, address observations on priority, and seek approvals when required for dependent work.
Manage space allocation for GP’s and approve swaps or new seat allocations in the system in a timely manner.
