Facilities Floor Care Technician

Position Opening: Floor Technician – Project Services Team Full-Time | 1st or 2nd Shift | $16–$17/hr | Based in Newport News, VA About the Role: As a Floor Tech, you’ll work with a small mobile crew based out of Newport News. You’ll use floor machines, scrubbers, and other equipment to clean, strip, wax, and restore commercial flooring. We’ll provide the van, the tools, the uniforms, and the training — you bring the work ethic and team spirit. Shifts: 1st Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM 2nd Shift: 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM (Choose your shift when applying — no rotating schedules) Pay: $16.00–$17.00/hour | Paid weekly What We’re Looking For Reliable, consistent team players who value structure and professionalism.
