Job Description

The Facilities General Manager shall have the following functions:

  1. Ensure that all objectives, policies, projects, plans and programs of the company are adequately complied.
  2. Establish policy and management direction affecting production and operations strategies.
  3. Has direct supervision and authority over the Managers, including the Administration Manager, Engineering Manager, Laboratory Manager and Production Manager:
    • Monitoring and reviewing of production reports
    • Evaluating performances of the Managers for corrective action or commendation
    • Reviewing production, laboratory and maintenance vis‑a‑vis performance of Manager’s annually for salary adjustment recommendation to President.
  4. Establish policy and management direction affecting the company’s operations, specifically involving the following:
    • Production Strategies
    • Fixed asset Acquisition and Management
    • Scheduling...
