Job Description
The Facilities General Manager shall have the following functions:
- Ensure that all objectives, policies, projects, plans and programs of the company are adequately complied.
- Establish policy and management direction affecting production and operations strategies.
- Has direct supervision and authority over the Managers, including the Administration Manager, Engineering Manager, Laboratory Manager and Production Manager:
- Monitoring and reviewing of production reports
- Evaluating performances of the Managers for corrective action or commendation
- Reviewing production, laboratory and maintenance vis‑a‑vis performance of Manager’s annually for salary adjustment recommendation to President.
- Establish policy and management direction affecting the company’s operations, specifically involving the following:
- Production Strategies
- Fixed asset Acquisition and Management
