We are seeking a highly experienced Facilities Head with a strong background in Hotel, Hospitality, and Facilities Management .

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all facilities operations, ensuring efficient and reliable services.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Direct and mentor facilities teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • Prepare reports and advise management on improvements and cost-saving measures.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in facilities management, preferably in hotels or hospitality.
