We are seeking a highly experienced Facilities Head with a strong background in Hotel, Hospitality, and Facilities Management .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all facilities operations, ensuring efficient and reliable services.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Direct and mentor facilities teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Prepare reports and advise management on improvements and cost-saving measures.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).
- Minimum of 8 years experience in facilities management, preferably in hotels or hospitality.
