Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily facility operations and maintenance activities
- Supervise maintenance teams, contractors, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and conduct regular inspections
- Implement preventive maintenance programs
- Manage facility budgets and control operational costs
- Optimize space and resource utilization
