Job Description

The Role

A 6-month contract, reporting to the Manager Logistics, as a hand’s-on people leader you’ll lead 2 direct reports to deliver a consistent, centralised facilities service. You’ll oversee day‑to‑day building maintenance, plan and deliver minor capital refurbishments and office asset renewals, and make sure we meet Essential Safety Measures (ESM) and building compliance obligations under the Victorian Building Regulations , NCC and BCA. You’ll also monitor budgets and drive continuous improvement and customer service.


You will:

  • Champion strong customer focused outcomes and build strategic alliances with internal and external stakeholders to deliver effective services including maintenance and minor capital.
