Manages the operations of the corporate office(s), including the overall maintenance of the building, parking garages, and outdoor space. Responsible for corporate inventory and the ordering of supplies. Oversees the day-to-day activities of the facilities team. Analyzes past and present program financial data and estimated future revenues and expenditures. Collects, monitors, and studies program financial data in order to recommend actions. Monitors various aspects of the contract to include project tasks, configuration actions, and risks. Uses source data to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and business processes.
