This is Entry Level position under the direction of the Facilities Maintenance Coordinator, perform a variety of skilled duties in the construction, maintenance and repair of assigned facilities, utilities and equipment including tasks in electrical work, HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, locksmithing and painting.
REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES
Essential Duties:
Perform a variety of skilled duties in the construction, maintenance and repair of assigned facilities, utilities and equipment including tasks in electrical work, HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, locksmithing and painting; Assist with compliance of applicable laws, codes, ordinances and regulations.
Interpret plans, diagrams, blueprints, sketches and specifications; estimate time, material and equipment needs for assigned projects; order, receive and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
