Job Description

A Plant Operator is responsible for ensuring all property facilities are well-maintained and efficient, delivering excellent guest member experiences through effective energy conservation practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of hotel plant rooms including HVAC systems


• Routine inspections of plant rooms to ensure optimal performance


• Control and monitoring of chemical parameters in water treatment processes

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical maintenance and be proficient in troubleshooting complex equipment issues. A proactive approach to solving problems and improving processes will be highly valued by our team.
