**Job Description**
The Facilities and Grounds / Lubrication Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of our facility and grounds. This includes performing preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our metal manufacturing equipment and infrastructure.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform routine inspections and maintenance of the facility, including HVAC systems, lighting, plumbing, and electrical systems.
+ Maintain the exterior grounds, including landscaping, snow removal, and general upkeep to ensure a clean and safe environment.
+ Conduct regular preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including lubrication, cleaning, and minor repairs to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
