Responsibilities:
Pressure wash exterior properties throughout Reynolds Lake Oconee as assigned Patch, sand, finish, and paint both interior and exterior surfaces as assigned Keeps tools, equipment, and vehicle in safe operating condition Maintains a clean work area and work vehicle at all times Follows all procedures for safe and efficient operation of tools, equipment, and vehicle Utilizes the computerized maintenance management system to complete work orders Abides by all federal, state and company safety guidelines Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with members, employees, guests, contractors, and vendors Qualifications:
General knowledge of pressure washing techniques and best practices Minimum of 3 years of experience in drywall patching and repair in preparation for painting Minimum of 3 years of experience in paint...
