**Job Description**

As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will travel to various fast food restaurants and gas stations to perform facilities and plumbing repairs. Your main tasks will include identifying and fixing leaks, clogs, and broken pipes. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring accurate documentation using a mobile app.

**Responsibilities**

+ Travel to various fast food restaurants and gas stations for facilities and plumbing repairs.
+ Identify and repair leaks, clogs, and broken pipes.
+ Install and maintain FRP walls in restaurant kitchens.
+ Manage grease traps, floor sinks, and drains.
+ Use tools like snakes, jets, cameras, and scopes effectively.
+ Replace water heaters and perform backflow installations.
+ Locate pipes, clogs, and breaks for repairs.
+ Perform basic plumbing tasks such as replacing faucets and unclogging toilets.
+ Conduct basic electrical repairs including light bulb and outlet replacements.
+ Execute basic wall repairs including drywall patching and texturing.
+ Perform preventive maintenance as required.
+ Communicate effectively with dispatch and the office team.
+ Determine work requirements and sequence repairs and installations.

**Essential Skills**

+ At least 1 year of experience in plumbing.
+ Knowledge of plumbing, facilities maintenance, and commercial construction.
+ Experience with FRP wall installations.
+ Ability to use mobile apps for documentation.
+ Good customer service and communication skills.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Basic ceramic tile experience for floor and wall repairs.
+ Basic plumbing and electrical skills.
+ Ability to troubleshoot electrical or mystery leaks.
+ Experience in restaurant design and maintenance.
+ Good attitude and willingness to learn.

**Work Environment**

This position involves an 8am-5pm or 8pm-5am shift, with the flexibility to start as early as 3am depending on work orders. You will receive a company uniform, cell phone, gas card, and access to the company’s Home Depot account. Technicians will use a company vehicle, which they can take home for all jobs. On-call rotation is required, with shifts lasting one week and occurring approximately every 3-4 weeks, depending on staffing levels. Scheduling is managed by the company and communicated 6 weeks in advance.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $31.00/hr.
