Job Description

The Facilities Technician will be responsible for assisting the manager of Maintenance in performing routine building maintenance tasks. This includes performing preventative and scheduled maintenance on buildings, equipment, and grounds as required. Tasks involve maintenance of HVAC systems, motors, fans, compressors, capacitors, and AC filters, as well as performing minor painting, carpentry, masonry work, plumbing maintenance, and electrical maintenance. The technician will inspect buildings and other structures to determine functional systems, detect malfunctions, and identify needed repairs, making notes and recommendations.
