**Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems, including plumbing systems, kitchen equipment, roofs, drains, shop, grounds equipment, and HVAC. You will be responsible for cleaning, lubricating, and servicing a wide variety of pumps, valves, pneumatic controls, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic devices. Additionally, you will assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems, replace and repair building finishes, and make recommendations to upgrade maintenance operations.
