We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to support daily facility operations and ensure our workplace remains clean, safe, and fully functional. This role involves routine cleaning of floors, offices, bathrooms, and kitchens. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform routine light maintenance tasks including tightening hardware, patching minor wall damage, and replacing basic parts and components.
+ Unclog drains, troubleshoot simple plumbing issues, and coordinate with vendors if additional repairs are needed.
+ Replace light bulbs, ballasts, and basic electrical components as needed (non-licensed electrical work only).
+ Support general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, wiping down surfaces, and maintaining common areas.
