They are responsible in keeping a record of all the documents related to FM Operations and Fit-out works. They will also prepare quotations for variable jobs of assigned properties.

  1. Provide operational and administrative support to operations team
  2. Provide clerical and administrative support to FM/ Chief engineer and Director
  3. Scan and securely maintain all original copies of important files related to FM of the property
  4. Keeping all record of all documents related to Facilities Management scope such as but not limited to:
  5. Equipment folders
  6. All equipment maintenance records ( Annual/semi/Quarterly/ Monthly )
  7. Contract services / Purchase orders /Quotations
  8. Invoices if any
  9. Equipment defects & history log
  10. Equipment Life Cycle Maintenance Program
  11. Self-Audit documentations
  12. Documentation of implementation of regulatory compliance
