They are responsible in keeping a record of all the documents related to FM Operations and Fit-out works. They will also prepare quotations for variable jobs of assigned properties.
Job description
- Provide operational and administrative support to operations team
- Provide clerical and administrative support to FM/ Chief engineer and Director
- Scan and securely maintain all original copies of important files related to FM of the property
- Keeping all record of all documents related to Facilities Management scope such as but not limited to:
- Equipment folders
- All equipment maintenance records ( Annual/semi/Quarterly/ Monthly )
- Contract services / Purchase orders /Quotations
- Invoices if any
- Equipment defects & history log
- Equipment Life Cycle Maintenance Program
- Self-Audit documentations
- Documentation of implementation of regulatory compliance
