Position Summary

The Facilities Management role plays a crucial part in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our facilities and outlets. This individual will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of facility management, including maintenance, safety, security, and vendor coordination.

Job Responsibilities

Outlet Support

  • Oversee and manage maintenance and supply requests from outlets.
  • Solicit quotations from contractors and vendors as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to confirm job details and equipment requirements.
  • Ensure the satisfactory completion of jobs and the delivery of necessary equipment.
  • Receive, organize, and manage supplies at the storage outlet.
  • Act as the point of contact for vendors regarding equipment servicing and maintenance.
