Job Summary


The Facilities Management Operations Director maintain the keep up services of the Company's properties/facilities within the quality standard and budget. Manage the maintenance activities of the Company's facilities. Responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing building operations and services. Analyze utility bills and energy output, allocates office space to departments, purchases equipment, and maintain appearance of building. This position also assists in the development of policies and procedures affecting usage of the facilities management.

Lead the maintenance teams in planning, implementing and adhering to the approved policies, procedures and schedules to ensure that the Company's objectives and needs are met.
