Job Description


*Key Responsibilities:*


1. Technical Services (Hard Services)

-Power Supply: DG, UPS, panel boards, earthing, LT panels

HVAC Systems: AHUs, ductable units, VRF/VRV, VFD monitoring

-Lift Operations: AMC, safety certificate, routine checks

-Fire Systems: Fire alarms, extinguishers, sprinklers, evacuation drills

-Plumbing & Water Systems: Pumps, STP/WTP maintenance


2. Soft Services

-Housekeeping: Daily cleaning, deep cleaning, carpet/marble care

-Security: Guard deployment, visitor management, CCTV monitoring

-Pest Control: Monthly treatments, food area checks

-Pantry Services: Vendor coordination, hygiene, supplies


3. Vendor & Asset Management:

-Manage AMC vendors, contracts, service SLAs, and renewals.

-Maintain updated asset registers with tagging, movement, and disposal history.


4. Client/Occupant Coordination:

-Act as the SPOC for clients and internal teams.

-Handle complaints, walkthroughs, and escalations promptly.

-Ensure a safe, clean, and functional environment.


5. Team & Shift Management:

-Supervise technicians, housekeeping, and support staff.

-Prepare duty rosters, manage attendance, and performance.


6. Reporting & Documentation

-Daily/Weekly checklists, equipment logbooks

-Incident reports and escalation matrix

-Monthly performance dashboard (energy, complaints, costs)
