Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to join a sought after company and team, with high standards and a reputation for acquisitions of some of the best assets in CBD and City Fringe 

You will form an integral part of the property team, working with high-value tenants you will be the main point of contact for all asset related queries and issues. 

About the role: 
  • On site 5 days a week
  • Liaise with all areas of staff within the building to ensure the asset is run with ease and to the highest standard 
  • Ensure compliance with WHS & Environmental regulations, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment
  • Manage superior relationships with authorities, contractors, suppliers, and consultants
  • Coordinate and supervise internal maintenance teams, maximizing efficiency through effective scheduling and resource allocation
