Facilities Manager (Based in Perai)

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of all facilities, including utilities, buildings and equipment.
• Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Ensure all mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), HVAC, and fire protection systems are functioning properly.
• Monitor building performance and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage IFM partner/company responsible for soft services (cleaning, landscaping, pest control) and hard services (building maintenance, M&E support).
• Review and ensure IFM performance meets KPIs, SLAs, and contract obligations.
• Conduct monthly performance reviews and annual contract evaluation.
• Coordinate escalation, corrective actions, and service improvement plans.
• Ensure IFM practices meet safety, quality, and compliance requirements.
