**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Facilities Sr. Analyst, you will be responsible for a combination of advanced facilities work in regulated spaces.
**KEY RESPONSABILITIES:**
**Team Leadership & Development**
+ Provide formal supervision and leadership to the facilities team, ensuring clear accountability for performance.
+ Monitor training and development programs, ensuring staff are competent in technical, operational, and safety procedures.
+ Conduct regular performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and implement improvement plans.
+ Oversee recruitment and onboarding of new team members, ensuring alignment with CBRE standards.
**Operational Management**
+ Plan, schedule, and manage daily activities of the facilities team, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
+ Establish and monitor work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure cross-training for operational resilience.
+ Track and enforce deadlines for maintenance tasks, inspections, and compliance reporting.
**Maintenance & Repairs**
+ Coordinate and manage all facility repairs and maintenance activities, liaising with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
+ Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and maintain accurate records of interventions.
**Client Relationship Management**
+ Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and regular meetings.
+ Address and resolve facility-related issues promptly, ensuring client satisfaction and operational continuity.
**Financial & Project Management**
+ Prepare and manage operating budgets, capital projects, and variance reports.
+ Review and approve vendor invoices, price quotes, and procurement of parts, services, and labor.
**Health, Safety & Compliance**
+ Implement and manage Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) programs in compliance with Italian legislation and CBRE standards.
+ Conduct regular facility inspections and audits to ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations.
+ Lead safety training sessions for staff and contractors, covering emergency procedures, risk assessments, and best practices.
+ Maintain accurate documentation for compliance, including permits, certifications, and incident reports.
+ Act as the primary point of contact for safety-related issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.
**Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement**
+ Perform quality assurance checks on maintenance and operational activities.
+ Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies, cost savings, and facility upgrades.
+ Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for maintenance, repairs, and safety.
**Leadership & Values**
+ Lead by example, demonstrating behaviors aligned with CBRE RISE values (Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence).
+ Influence stakeholders to achieve shared objectives and maintain a collaborative work environment.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
+ Experience in managing FM forIndustrialsites
+ Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department
+ Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
