• Oversee daily operations of buildings and facilities, ensuring smooth functioning of all systems and services.
• Manage maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other infrastructure systems.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend asset life.
• Supervise facility staff and external vendors, including cleaners, security, and maintenance contractors.

• Prepare and manage facility budgets, including cost control and expense tracking.
