Facilities Manager, Hotel

Responsibilities

• Manage overall daily maintenance operations and provide technical support to ensure the timely rectification of defects according to SOPs and timelines.
• Oversee maintenance of the entire building and facilities (guest rooms, public areas, restaurant, bar, rooftop, link bridge, parking, M&E systems, plumbing, HVAC, lifts, fire systems, generators, substations, etc.).
• Develop, implement, and monitor the Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) program.
• Ensure full utilization of the Facilities Management System (FCS App) to track tasks and KPIs.
• Troubleshoot and carry out electrical and mechanical repair works, including handling 11kV M&E substation with the chargeman/consultant support.
• Coordinate high-voltage switching and ensure compliance with Suruhanjaya Tenaga Malaysia and other authorities.
