Job Description

The Facilities Manager plays a key leadership role overseeing all aspects of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) at an Aramark client site, ensuring operations run smoothly, safely, and in full alignment with both Aramark and client standards. This position offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated team, influence site‑wide performance, and build strong cross‑department partnerships that support a unified, high‑quality service delivery model.

In this role, the Facilities Director will guide and develop frontline leaders, foster a strong culture of accountability and growth, and drive operational excellence across the facility. Success is measured through meeting and exceeding operating goals, achieving client objectives, elevating the customer experience, and ensuring Aramark consistently delivers on its service commitments.
