Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of all company facilities including offices, warehouses, and production sites
  • Plan and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
  • Oversee security, cleaning, and janitorial services to ensure a safe and clean environment
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards
  • Develop and manage budgets for facility operations and maintenance
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers
  • Coordinate space planning and office relocations or expansions as needed
  • Implement energy management and sustainability initiatives to reduce operational costs
  • Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies or issues
