Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of all company facilities including offices, warehouses, and production sites
- Plan and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
- Oversee security, cleaning, and janitorial services to ensure a safe and clean environment
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards
- Develop and manage budgets for facility operations and maintenance
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Coordinate space planning and office relocations or expansions as needed
- Implement energy management and sustainability initiatives to reduce operational costs
- Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies or issues
