To support growth and expansion we are currently recruiting a full-time Facilities Manager to join team for a manufactory environment in Kilkenny, Ireland

Working pattern: Monday to Friday from 8:00-16:30/ Hybrid

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide strong leadership and build a positive team culture
  • Manage people day-to-day with regular feedback and resource planning
  • Troubleshoot and maintain equipment and plant utilities to high standards
  • Implement strategic engineering goals, KPIs and objectives
  • Oversee Buildings, Plant Equipment, Hard Services & Soft Services
  • Attend tier meetings, own facilities actions and close them on time
  • Resolve technical issues promptly to support operations
  • Oversee site procedures, non-conformances and corrective actions
