- Oversee daily facility operations to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Manage maintenance staff and external contractors to uphold building standards.
- Develop and implement facility policies and procedures.
- Monitor and control budget for maintenance and facility-related expenses.
- Coordinate space allocation and layout of facility according to organizational needs.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience Level: 5–10 years of experience in facilities management or a related area. Must have experience/background in Semiconductor / Electronics.
