  • Oversee daily facility operations to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Manage maintenance staff and external contractors to uphold building standards.
  • Develop and implement facility policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and control budget for maintenance and facility-related expenses.
  • Coordinate space allocation and layout of facility according to organizational needs.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 5–10 years of experience in facilities management or a related area. Must have experience/background in Semiconductor / Electronics.
