Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance, repair, and operation of buildings, equipment, and utilities
- Plan and manage facility upgrades, capital improvements, and renovations
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Manage vendor contracts, service providers, and preventive maintenance programs
- Monitor facility budgets, energy usage, and cost control
- Implement security, cleaning, and facility support services
- Coordinate with other departments for space planning and moves
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
- 5+ years of facilities or maintenance management experience
- Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
- Strong vendor management, budgeting, and project planning skills
- Good communication and leadership skills
