Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee maintenance, repair, and operation of buildings, equipment, and utilities
  • Plan and manage facility upgrades, capital improvements, and renovations
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
  • Manage vendor contracts, service providers, and preventive maintenance programs
  • Monitor facility budgets, energy usage, and cost control
  • Implement security, cleaning, and facility support services
  • Coordinate with other departments for space planning and moves

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of facilities or maintenance management experience
  • Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
  • Strong vendor management, budgeting, and project planning skills
  • Good communication and leadership skills
