Job Description

As a Facilities Manager overseeing mechanical maintenance, you will lead a team of 10+ skilled technicians at IDEXX’s Global Headquarters in Westbrook, ME. You will be ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of building infrastructure. This mid-level leadership role is hands-on, requiring a strong mechanical background and the ability to coach and develop staff while managing vendors and contractors. You’ll be the primary point of contact for facilities support and services, working in a modern facility within a strong industry that offers variety and challenge every day.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Provide direct leadership, coaching, and performance management for a technically diverse maintenance team across first, second, and third shifts.
