Facilities Manager

We are looking for a Facilities Manager to drive high standards of service, safety and asset performance across our leased property portfolio. This role is central to keeping our assets compliant, reliable and well managed, while supporting a collaborative, professional and customer-focused culture.

You will contribute to our strategic objectives by ensuring assets under lease are managed in a structured, timely and forward looking way. The role combines planning, problem solving and strong tenant relationships, with a focus on delivering best in class service and continuous improvement.

You will work closely with internal teams, contractors and tenants to ensure property issues are resolved quickly, assets are maintained safely and efficiently, and long term renewal needs are well understood.
