Facilities Manager

Overview

Will have the overall responsibility to manage the technical facilities, engineering services and all experience services for the client for day-to-day activities for the office.

Responsibilities

• Site Operations Management: Responsible for technical and facilities’ operations, ensuring all requirements are met; recommend continuous quality improvement practices and implement industry best practice operations; implement/manage building procedures and performance measures and ensure they are maintained at all times; review existing operations regularly and develop initiatives and strategies to reduce costs and improve operational standards; provide comprehensive and accurate reporting relating to the Critical Environment as directed/required – 24/7 emergency call support and site attendance is required.
