Facilities Manager

The Site Lead is responsible for managing the full spectrum of technical operations, hard services, HVAC systems, and building maintenance for designated sites.

This role ensures continuous operational excellence through strong engineering expertise, proactive maintenance planning, vendor management, and compliance with safety and statutory requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Hard Services & Technical Operations

• Oversee daily operations of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and building automation systems .
• Lead planned preventive maintenance (PPM), corrective maintenance (CM), and equipment reliability programs.
• Conduct technical diagnostics, root-cause analysis, and implement long-term engineering solutions.
• Ensure compliance with OEM specifications, industry codes, and statutory requirements.
