Ware Malcomb has an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Manager to join our Site Supervision team in Mexico!
As a Facilities Manager, you will guarantee that the industrial parks operate in a safe and efficient way in accordance with the property owners.
**Facilities Manager Responsibilities**:
- Report to property owner of each industrial park to coordinate security, maintenance, and contractors
- Coordinate the administrative needs of the industrial park in a secure and efficient manner
- Work in compliance with the local area’s legal jurisdiction
- Establish the guidelines to form the safety and mutual aid committee, integrating all the companies of each industrial park
- In collaboration with the security corporation establish security protocols and supervise that they are implemented by the industrial park users
