Facilities Manager

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our team. This role may be performed remotely from anywhere in the United States. Candidates based in the greater Jacksonville, Florida area are preferred due to proximity to the company’s corporate office.

This position manages various renovation, relocation, and general property management initiatives for RS&H leased offices, covering multiple locations across the country. Leads building lease or refurbishment projects focused in optimizing space utilization and resource allocation to support the organization’s evolving facility and spatial requirements.

This role evaluates existing facilities to determine short- and long-term space needs. Reviews designs, layout plans, and specifications to ensure compliance with building regulations, safety/security, and other organizational requirements.
