. Oversee the daily operations of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and security.
. Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime and extend the life of equipment.
. Manage and coordinate all repairs, renovations, and refurbishment projects.
. Ensure the facility is clean, well-maintained, and presents a professional image.
Vendor & Contract Management:
. Source, negotiate with, and manage contracts for external vendors, including janitorial, security, landscaping, and
