Housekeeping Leadership Role
We seek a highly skilled Housekeeping Manager to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and coach housekeeping staff. Previous experience in a supervisory or management position is essential.
- In this role you will be responsible for running sold room reports, verifying room status, determining discrepant rooms, prioritizing cleaning tasks and assisting with inventory control.
- You will also assist with scheduling of housekeepers ensuring efficient distribution of workloads
