The Opportunity

Reporting to the Group Head of Facilities, this newly created role provides strategic and operational leadership across our multi-site portfolio. You will oversee and support a team of five Facilities Managers , ensuring consistent standards, high performance, and strong alignment with Spotlight Groups operational and commercial objectives.

This is a key leadership position responsible for driving best-practice facilities operations, enhancing service quality, and supporting the continued growth of our store and property networks.
