Facilities Operations Officer

The Operations Manager is responsible for increasing the profitability of the department by optimizing the delivery of solutions to the client, with the best service. S/he ensures the maintenance of existing and new clients by guaranteeing the quality of service and complying with SOPs (AEO) while managing the team.
