Facilities Operative (Day Shift) We are currently recruiting for an urgent Facilities Operative to join an established Banbury company and the current on-site facilities team. This is a hands on Maintenance position for an experienced team person. Working hours:Day shift: 7:00am – 3:00pm or 8:00am – 4:00pm, Monday to FridayFlexibility is essential, as occasional weekend work and work outside normal hours will be requiredPay rate:£13.04 per hour Role OverviewWorking alongside the permanent Facilities Operative, you will support the maintenance and upkeep of the site. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a strong background in facilities, maintenance, or site work.Duties include (but are not limited to):Laying and spreading gravel in the main staff car park to ensure even coverageCarrying out pothole repairs on site entrances (tarmac repairs, packing holes, and using a whacker plate to compact)Assisting weekend contractors with roof works, including use of an FLT to move cages ...
