Job Description
The Facilities & Preventive Maintenance Supervisor ensures that preventive maintenance and reactive repairs are carried out correctly and on time at Plant Mebane, while meeting all technical and quality requirements.
Training Management:
Develop and implement a comprehensive training program for team members.Ensure ongoing professional development of the team.Oversee training needs and evaluations, including both technical training and methodological approaches to addressing faults.
Daily Monitoring of Faults and Communication:
Monitor the PM and repair schedule and establish governance within the team.Monitor the facilities work orders and help prioritize assignments.Ensure clear communication and feedback to stakeholders (production units, reliability, planning, etc.).Serve as the point of contact for Production Supervisors regarding PMs and reactive repairs....
