Job Description
**Summary**
Responsible for coordinating, assisting, and performing assigned tasks that support the professional, effective, and efficient operations, services, and improvements of the facilities assigned to them.
**Key responsibilities**
- Document and report environmental, health, and safety issues as soon as possible to facilities and site operations management.
- Coordinate with vendors or technician's maintenance and upkeep at assigned facility(s) including, but not limited to, plumbing, electrical, generator, uninterruptible power supply (UPS), masonry, heating/cooling (HVAC), security, carpentry, grounds keeping, and cleaning. Serve as point of contact to contractors, suppliers, and building management; provide monitoring of contractors and suppliers during maintenance activities or repair.
