Facilities Services Assistant

Madrid | Fully on-site | Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00

Are you someone who already has a bit of experience in office, facilities, or workplace support and is now looking for a role where you can be more involved, gain visibility, and build on what you’ve learned so far?

We are recruiting a Facilities Services Assistant to join the Madrid office of a respected international economics and consulting firm. This is a front-facing, people-focused role where you will play a key part in creating a professional, well-organised, and welcoming office environment for a close-knit team of around 20 people.

You will work closely with the Office Manager and become a trusted support and point of contact within the office.

  • What you will be doing?


  • You will support the smooth day-to-day running of the office by:
  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and employees
  • Assisting with facilities and building coordination alongside the Office Manager
  • Helping maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised office environment
  • Supporting new starters with workstations, access cards, and welcome materials
  • Assisting with meeting rooms, video calls, catering, and office logistics
  • Helping coordinate vendors, maintenance, and service providers
  • Providing general administrative and office support as needed
  • You will have responsibility and variety, while remaining well supported and guided.

    This role will suit someone who:


  • Has 1–2 years’ experience in a facilities assistant, office assistant, reception, or similar role
  • Is fluent in Spanish and English (C1 level in both)
  • Enjoys a people-facing role and supporting others
  • Is organised, reliable, and proactive
  • Is comfortable working in a small, professional office
